Many of the individuals I work with come to therapy because something feels “off,” even if they can’t fully explain why.
“I’m not sure who I am anymore, or what I actually want.”
“I’ve built a life that looks okay, but something doesn’t feel right.”
“I want to feel more like myself again.”
Sometimes life continues moving forward externally (work, relationships, responsibilities) while internally there is a growing sense of disconnection, exhaustion, anxiety, or misalignment. You may find yourself questioning who you are, the life you’ve built, or the ways you’ve learned to cope and relate to others.
Together, we create space to better understand these experiences and explore what it might look like to live more authentically and in alignment with yourself.
Areas I commonly support clients with include:
- Anxiety
- OCD and OCD-related symptoms
- Self-esteem and identity concerns
- Relationship and attachment patterns
- Spiritual deconstruction and religious trauma
- Existential anxiety and questions of meaning
- Survivors of childhood trauma and abuse
- Reconnecting with personal values and authenticity
